Explanation

A computer cannot ‘boot’ if it does not have the Operating System. An operating system is system software which handles software and hardware resources and gives services to computer programs. The computer system requires an operating system for “boot”. A Loader in the computer systems is a unit of the operating system which is primarily responsible for loading the libraries and programs. An assembler in the computer system is a program which interprets software programs written using “assembly language” into “machine language”.
