Explanation

The smallest sea on Earth is the Baltic Sea. This sea is about 146,000 square feet. It lies along the Scandinavian Peninsula in Northern Europe. The Blatic Sea is located in the continent of Europe and the countries of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia are located on the eastern coast of the Blatic Sea. This is the reason these nations are called the Balic States.
